How to find The Blueberry Patch Farm

Traveling east from Springfield on Hwy 126 toward Bend, drive through Leaburg and past the Holly Farm. Look for milepost 21 then turn right on Greenwood Drive and look for The Blueberry Patch Farm on the right.
Traveling west from Central Oregon on Hwy 126 toward Springfield, drive through Vida, past the Leaburg Dam, and take Greenwood Drive on your left.
Drive on Greenwood Drive until you reach The Blueberry Patch Farm at 89849 Greenwood Drive, Leaburg OR 97489
